Upon purchase we work closely with our customers to agree a roll out schedule to ensure minimum disruption to their business. Our team work alongside your technical teams to ensure devices are properly setup on the network and are secure and accessible. We have a Prince2 accredited project team that will help with larger scale installations to ensure everything is properly planned out and executed.
It’s great having new equipment, but we appreciate that it’s important for users to understand how to use any new equipment properly and the benefits it will bring to the business. We will train your team and provide supporting material and even training days and roadshows, depending on the scale of the solution to ensure that everyone ‘buys in’ to the new solution and gets the most from it to make their jobs easier.
